5. How do I make a return? Am I entitled to a refund?

As all our products are exclusively made to order, returns are available only in exceptional circumstances. We accept returns for damaged items and your order will be replaced. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund.  If your piece requires any adjustments, you can contact us for a return and we will accommodate these alterations at no cost. If your piece is not delivered on time you are entitled to a full refund. However, these circumstances are unprecedented. We make every effort to live up to the highest standards and we take every measure to ensure full satisfaction for every client.

Also, we are unable to offer refunds for any bespoke orders. Since we spend time with our clients in appointments to establish their exact requirements and sourcing materials accordingly to create a unique piece, we cannot consider a refund. Nevertheless, if you are in any way unsatisfied with our products we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the bespoke piece to meet your needs.

In order to arrange a return for items delivered damaged or in any unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within seven (7) days of the receipt of your order. We will replace or make any required alterations to your products in shortest time possible.
