For non urgent orders we will contact you in the event of an unexpected delay of the dispatch of your goods. Never the less, we will do all we can to ensure that your products arrive well in advance of your wedding or special occasion, provided you have submitted your order in time or agreed to an express delivery service.
Delivery within the UK is £6.95 special delivery which is fully insured. We welcome our overseas customers; please email for payment and shipping details. We are unable to offer refunds for bespoke orders outside of online catalogue. The reason for this is we spend time with our clients in appointments and over the phone/email to establish their exact requirements to create a bespoke piece which meets their individual needs and source materials accordingly. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied then we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the bespoke piece in order to meet the needs of our clients.
